CATCHWeight Champion Scott Oberman Announced To Be Wrestling at CATCH Violent Reaction
It was announced today that Scott Oberman will be appearing at CATCH Violent Reaction. The 4th & current CATCHWeight Champion has reigned for 255 days with major defences against Jay Joshua, Luke Jacobs & Henry Faust after defeating Scotty Rawk to win the championship!
When it comes to his opponent, Ramblin' About Wrestling can officially report (because we read the Skiddle page) that "Dynamite" Lee Dawson will be getting an opportunity at Oberman at this show! These 2 squared off against each other in the Enygma Series at CATCH Gimme Danger 2025 in a match I have very fond memories of down at the Bread Shed (rest in peace you'll always be remembered) with Scott Oberman getting the win on that night and going on to win the whole thing (using his shot to win the CATCHweight title!)
Speaking of Enygma Series winners, Tony Wright will likely be lurking about to challenge the winner of this match as he won the 2026 variant and is yet to choose which champion he is challenging!
Back to Lee Dawson though, he is on a 3 match winning streak defeating Josh Eze quicker than Oberman did, then Matt Tucker and finally FTM's Tom McColl so he has definitely earned his shot at the belt.
Can Lee Dawson avenge his Gimmer Danger loss? Only one way to find out: https://www.skiddle.com/whats-on/Manchester/Gorilla/Violent-Reaction/42806434/
