CMLL x RevPro Fantastica Mania UK 2026 Full Card & Preview

Fantastica Mania UK 2026 Show 1:
Both of these men are very much so in the British Heavyweight Championship picture as Zandokan will be challenging Mills on Show 2 and Gale expressed his interest in a shot shortly before falling to Kuro at Raw Deal 2026. Whilst this is arguably the most predictable result of the day I'm sure the Heart & Soul of Revolution Pro will have something to say to those who write him off!
Okumura & fresh Great British Tag League qualifiers Top Tier (wankers) take on the loveable Fuego, the slightly less likeable Isaac Murray & the also pretty likeable Chicago Desailly in the first of 2 matches to feature contenders teaming with Fuego! Considering Top Tier haven't been pinned in a RevPro ring I have a suspicion Fuego and the gang won't be coming out the victors!
A non-title affair to preview the CMLL Heavyweight Championship match later in the day sees Nino Bryant, who finds himself on a 4-match losing streak ever since falling to Leyton Buzzard in Wembley Arena, take on CMLL Champ Hechicero! With Nino's mix of high flying and technical proficiency combined with the wizardary of Hechicero this ought to be an incredible test for the oldest Bryant!
Jay Joshua picked up a huge win over Zack Sabre Jr at the Anniversary at Wembley Arena which quite frankly I don't think he has had much capitalisation on! His matches since involve a double countout with Drilla Moloney, a loss to MECCA and beating the New Sons of Southampton to qualify for the Great British Tag League with British Heavyweight Champ Connor Mills! Hopefully he can get things swinging once more when he faces one half of the Mexican National Tag Team champions Black Tiger who is in his 9th iteration played by Magnus!
This tournament is the main story of Fantastica Mania UK 2026 I'd argue as it is extremely unpredictable! 19 year old Cameron Khai represents the Slater Dojo and has won quite a few of his last matches with victories over Leedz Lewis, Nino Bryant and best of all The Guilford Butcher! He also held his own against big name luchadore Bandido at Unfinished Business in Cardiff so should probably be the favourite walking into this one! Max Star himself is also young at only 24 years old however he is in the cathedral of wrestling Arena Mexico day in and day out so he has a decent shot too!
The other Semi Final match in the Cruiserweight title tournament features the CMLL Welterweight Champion for 2502 days (as of writing) Titan taking on 19-year old Leon Cage who is potentially the greatest cruiserweight of all time (argue with a wall) to see who gets to face either Cameron Khai or Max Star for RevPro's Cruiserweight championship on Show 2. I would love to see Leon Cage as the Cruiserweight champion and I'm pretty sure we will!
Andy Quildan is cooking up heavenly graps this Saturday afternoon! Joe Lando is a walking highlight reel with a sick finisher, who quit his job as a teaching assistant to become a professional wrestler btw, whilst Danny Black adds a layer to CPF's offense which makes them a top tag team! Obviously El Sky Team are well accomplished in Arena Mexico and Mistico is potentially the top wrestler of all time in many people's eyes so this could steal the show in a heartbeat (and probably will do)!
Also, PUT THE ROH BELTS ON THE LINE YOU COWARDS!!!
Before they face Michael Oku & Mistico on Show 2, Luke & Ultimo will tune up against the Flying Bryant Brothers! Lets see if they can do some synchronised roof-raising before the big one later in the evening!
Fantastica Mania UK 2026 Show 2:
Zandokan Jr is a top tier rudo frequently main eventing Arena Mexico against some of CMLL's finest which makes him one of CMLL's finest! Connor Mills is a top tier technician frequently main eventing RevPro shows against some of Europe's finest making him one of Europe's finest! On Saturday they main event once more with the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship on the line and what would be more villainous than Zandokan Jr stealing the British title off of Mills?!
The first match that was announced for Fantastica Mania UK 2026, this one should be a lot of fun to watch as Liam Slater attempts to teach Hechicero a thing or two in his dojo, the ring! He has almost no chance to take the gold but he has built on the concept of "what if" in the past which does mean anything could happen!
This is my match of the night, week, month and year before it has even happened! The concept of Luke Jacobs raising the roof, Mistico locking up with him and his career rival Michael Oku stood across from him makes me salivate at the thought! Add on the fact that Mistico's life is abhorrent and we will most definitely be getting a GIF of him added to the compilation and we have a delicious treat to enjoy! Also Mistico & Michael Oku is a mental tag team I love that they are always in each others vicinity at Fantastica Mania UK!
You'd be forgiven for thinking they had run the same tag match on 2 different shows but this one has a slightly different twinge to it as replacing Chicago Desailly & Isaac Murray are fellow contenders Elvin Narayan & Owen Swain who are in a rare class of contender talents to hold a victory on the RevPro main shows (Elvin Narayan holding 2). This makes this match much more intriguing than the Show 1 match due to, as previously mentioned, Top Tier being unpinned in a RevPro ring! Can the contenders steal another win?
Mascara Dorada has drawn the unfortunate task of fighting Will Kaven on this show! With Trew & Lacey sure to be close by it could be a rough night for The King of The Ropes! If anyone can overcome the odds it'll be Dorada though!
Maverick Mayhew singles action will always be appreciated! He's a very creative talent and if any of my past times seeing him are anything to go by we will be in for a treat (and a new Awful Waffle variant)! Expect fireworks!
