WWE puts on their Money In The Bank (MITB) 2026 PPV (or PLE if ya nasty) tonight at 6pm Eastern, 3pm Pacific live on ESPN (or if you're lucky enough not be an American you can catch it in the UK at 11pm British Summer Time or 12am Greenwich Mean Time elsewhere on Netflix)

There will be a preshow starting at 4pm Eastern/9pm in the UK on all social medias and YouTube although I'll do my best to catch you up now so you don't have to sit through 2 hours of pure waffle!

Roman Reigns vs LA Knight for the World Heavyweight Championship

It has been confirmed by WWE themselves last night on Smackdown that Roman Reigns' defence of the World Championship against LA Knight (yeah!) will kick the evening off! This is an interesting choice given the jeopardy of title defences when there is a Money In The Bank briefcase in the mix but it makes sense for Roman to want to avoid that possibility (even if it makes it all less exciting). I don't want to sound like an oldhead but I remember the good old days when we got more than 5 matches on a card and the briefcase holders had a bit of choice in their cash-in opportunities!

Roman and Knight first came face to face proper on the Raw after Summerslam when Knight called Roman a fraud and asked for a title shot which he had not earned! Throughout the following weeks Knight moved on to helping Solo Sikoa in Bloodline shenanigans whilst Roman waited around for a tournament of luchadores to determine who he was beating in Mexico City (Penta was the man). After his defence in Mexico, Roman was confronted by Knight who dropped him with a BFT. The next day Adam Pearce made the match official on Twitter and that leads us to tonight!

Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match

Sol Ruca defeated Lyra Valkyria and Maxxine Dupri, Lola Vice qualified by besting Raquel Rodriguez and Kelani Jordan, Jacy Jayne seized her spot by besting Jade Cargill and Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez qualified with a win over IYO SKY and La Catalina, Lash Legend then overcame Charlotte Flair and Giulia before Tiffany Stratton defeated Candice LeRae and Tatum Paxley to become the final entrant.

This gave us our lineup and there are 2 clear-cut favourites in my mind! Tiffany Stratton, best friend of champ Chelsea Green, and Lash Legend (whom I would go with if I had my way)! With Sol Ruca & Lola Vice accidentally costing each other matches recently I think they will boil over here which leaves very few people left. There is a small possibility Roxxane Perez steals the win here and I wouldn't mind that either!

WWE poster of Oba Femi vs Bronson Reed with chain divider and Money in the Bank New Orleans, Saturday October 10.
Oba Femi vs Bronson Reed

This is gonna be good shit I tell you! Oba Femi, King of the Ring and the best wrestler in the WWE right now, goes one on one (with no doubt loads of outside interference) with Bronson Reed who used to be one of my faves but has been gone a little while! This came about from The Vision beating Oba up week after week and I assume it'll have a similar thing this time around (hopefully Logan Paul will be thrown into the sun by Oba)

WWE Women’s World Championship poster of Becky Lynch, Stephanie Vaquer and Liv Morgan with Money in the Bank New Orleans text.
Becky Lynch vs Stephanie Vaquer vs Liv Morgan for the Women's World Title

Becky Lynch cost Liv Morgan the Women's Championship to Stephanie Vaquer as Special Guest Referee at a live event in Santiago, Chile (just a stone's throw from Vaquer's hometown of San Antonio, Valparaiso) which I find quite controversial given she simply just didn't count a three for Liv meaning she is in no way good in all this! We have Liv being pure evil, Stephanie as the goodie and Becky somewhere in the middle which should give this match some legs in the tension department!

Men's Money In The Bank Ladder Match

Bron Breakker qualified by overcoming Rey Mysterio and Ethan Page, Je'Von Evans earned entry by rising above Austin Theory and Big Cass, Trick Williams defeated Randy Orton and Rey Fenix to seize his spot, Penta (replacing the kidnapped Solo Sikoa) qualified with a win over Dominik Mysterio and Dragon Lee, CM Punk took down Gunther and Finn Bálor, Kevin Owens became the final entrant with a victory over Cody Rhodes and Johnny Gargano after Randy Orton cost Cody.

I have a feeling CM Punk or Kevin Owens is walking out Mr Money In The Bank although I'd much prefer anyone else to get a run with a main title!

That's all for the WWE Money In The Bank 2026 preview,

Stay Ramblin'
